I didn’t receive an confirmation email?

When you place an order you will receive an automatic reply with your order number. Then, once I have your order created and packaged I will send you a confirmation email with more details including your tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

The turnaround time for orders is approximately 2-3 business working days. Once your package goes out via courier it’ll take 2-3 working days. However, if your order is urgent and you need it asap, it is best to email me (may@myweddingshop.ie) and I will see what I can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with An Post (Registered Post).

Can I put my personalised glass in the dishwasher?

It is best to hand wash only as the vinyl may be removed in the dishwasher. Also, avoid using abrasive cleaners or scourers.

Do You Offer Free Delivery?

Yes, I offer free delivery within Ireland when you spend more than €25.

Is My Wedding Planner dated?

No, this wedding planner book is not dated so you can start it any month or any year! There are wedding note pages throughout it that you can jot down appointments dates and times.

Is My Wedding Planner useful for someone who is planning on getting married abroad?

To be honest, My Wedding Planner is mainly for couples getting married in Ireland! But having said that a lot of wedding to-do’s I feel are the same regardless of the location of the wedding (e.g. wedding dress shopping, stationary, music, photographer, florist, paperwork, honeymoon etc.).
