Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and the chaos of Black Friday sales can add to that stress.
However, savvy brides can take advantage of these wedding deals with this Brides Guide To Black Friday Sales.
Black Friday continues to grow each year and this year will be no exception. Many bridal shops and wedding suppliers will have Black Friday bridal offers.
Here are my top three tips for planning ahead, along with a Black Friday Wedding Checklist)
- Sign Up For Newsletters
Many businesses, especially small businesses, will send their offers via email to their subscribers. This is exactly what I am doing too.
If there are any specific bridal shops or stores you have your eye on for your wedding be sure to sign up to their mailing list so you don’t miss out on any offers and before Black Friday.

- Do Your Homework
Depending on what stage you are at planning your wedding you may be ready to book a vendor. Before you do see if they are going to be doing any sales this month.
For example, you might be ready to order your stationary or have it narrowed down to one or two businesses. Do your homework beforehand in planning how many save the dates, day invitations, rsvps cards, evening invitations, accommodations cards, direction cards, ceremony booklets, table place names, thank you cards etc you may need (or want)
Everything about a wedding is expensive so taking advantage of any deals is crucial but ONLY if you have done your homework beforehand because if you haven’t you can easily get sucked into an impulse purchase (we have all been here!)
Black Friday deals are massive in the fashion retail space and this is where you can really save. So start thinking about some outfits that you might need:
- Hen party outfit
- Day II outfit
- Bridesmaid dresses
- Wedding morning PJ’s and robes
- Honeymoon clothes
And don’t forget your bridal accessories too and maybe thank you gifts for your bridal party.
- Vouchers
We will see many beauticians offering discounts on vouchers (e.g. 20% off all gift vouchers) so if you are planning on getting any skincare treatments it would be a good idea to purchase these vouchers at a discounted price to use them for your facials etc. As we know skincare can be very expensive so this could be a great win for you.
